Comics, Art and Music Since 2005

Paul Dale is an artist and musician from Chelmsford Essex whose major influence is the post-modernist movement in art and literature. Born in the early 80s at the cusp of the intersection of Generation X and Y (Millennials), his work often reflects the push pull between the desire to be earnest whilst not showing off or “selling out”. His main mediums are comics and alternative rock but through his degree he has extensive training in sound design. He is currently working on music projects Ghostwood Shanks and The Whomp Rats, whilst also working on his weekly online comic Beskerville. In 2023 he released a comic EP with The Whomp Rats which merged these worlds.
